Green Saturday

This week we had a "green outing" with our friend Abbi. We took the Front Runner (mass transit = green) to the Salt Lake station. We then walked (walking = green) to the Farmer's Market at Pioneer Park. At the Farmer's Market we bought some yummy produce (buying local = green), and carried it in our own reusable bags we brought with us (green, green, green!).

One of the merchants we bought produce from was the local farm I worked at when growing up. The kids also bought some handmade bracelets.

What a nice outing on a nice summer day!
